After attending your Mastering EQ Exceptional Leadership Program, I refused to operate from low battery. I have dial up my EQ & more mindful of my reactions & responses. I choose now to operate from the Strategic High Road. Indeed, it has help me a lot to face my work challenges in a highly regulated yet uncertain environment
This program made me develop more awareness of my own leadership style and how it impacted my team members. It made me realised my own counter-productive behaviours and I am determined to change them

I find this program far better than NLP as it reached directly into our state of being, increase our awareness via our senses. The facilitator is very good in handling real work place cases, understand each one of us pretty well and able to guide us to understand how neuroscience, mindfulness and deep awareness of our body-mind connection could assist us in leading ourselves and others.
Pertama sekali, terima kasih Pn.Ida bagi report psychomatic analysis yang disediakan. Saya ada baca tapi belum habis lagi. Walaupun belum habis baca tapi saya cuba praktis apa yang saya belajar semasa di training last week. Hasil dari praktis tersebut: 1) Saya sekarang belajar untuk berfikiran positif sebab saya ni jenis apa-apa yang negatif dulu sbb saya fikir dengan negative thoughts its can drive me to have back up plan in any situation. 2) So far hasil dari positif thinking ni saya sekarang rasa lebih tenang sebab saya ni jenis cepat gelabah dan kalut org kata kalau boleh nak buat semua kerja selagi ada masa. 3) Bila tak gelabah dan kalut jadi saya rase lebih relax dan tak penat. Tidak sentiasa rasa penat terutama bila ade isu yang perlu di selesaikan.4)saya dapat rase saya juga kurang marah-marah 2 3 hari ini kalau tidak sentiasa nak bebel. 5) Dengan kurang marah ni buat saya boleh fikir dengan baik sebab tak rasa macam kita paksa diri kita untuk buat yang kita sendiri tak suka. 6) Jadi sekarang saya rasa lebih terbuka sebab saya sebelum ni cukup jelous dengan orang yang boleh manage time, personaliti, gaya hidup terancang dan tenang.Saya jadi pelik kenapa saya tak boleh macam orang tu.
